Street Dreams & Strictly for the Streets – Concept & Design creation

One of London’s rising stars in the rap scene, Tiny Boost, reached out when preparing to create both his debut Album & mixtape, complete with merch concepts. The concept behind both was a gritty, unrelenting, real look at the less glamourous side of London life and what it is like growing up and not only surviving, but thriving in that kind of environment. 

This piece aims to reflect and speak to his experiences, both abjectly and reality based. The artworks reflect each other in spirit, but convey their message in polar opposite ways; one being, a legitimate and real depiction of the step-by-step life and times of Tiny Boost; the other a more holistic approach to the overarching theme. It highlights the trappings a lot of males growing up in similar spaces will encounter.
